• Full-time Responsibilities Develop and maintain production plans and schedules for manufacturing lines using in-house planning software.

Analyze material requirements planning (MRP) data to ensure adequate inventory and material availability. Review and analyze production variance reports, making adjustments to production schedules as needed to meet customer delivery requirements. Create and update technical drawings based on customer specifications and engineering requirements. Coordinate with production, purchasing, engineering, and shipping teams to optimize workflow and on-time delivery. Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess inventory. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning and scheduling. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in production planning, scheduling, and raw material planning within a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of inventory planning and MRP systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills. AutoCAD experience is required. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
