This position is based in Charlotte, NC, and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a respected dealership dedicated to quality service. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicle mechanical and electrical issues following manufacturer guidelines. Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more. Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle problems efficiently and accurately. Maintain clear and timely communication with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and repair needs. Keep accurate records of services and repairs performed to ensure compliance and quality control. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures in the workshop. Requirements Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership environment. Strong knowledge of Kia vehicles and familiarity with manufacturer repair manuals and diagnostic tools. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid automotive technician certifications preferred (ASE, OEM certifications).
