You'll play a key role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and reliably.
  • What You'll Do
  • In this role, you'll be directly involved in day-to-day manufacturing activities, including: + Operating manual machines and industrial equipment in a production environment + Performing surface preparation tasks such as grinding, grit blasting, and finishing + Using air tools including grinders and air hammers for fabrication tasks + Supporting furnace operations, airflow processes, and spot welding activities + Handling materials using forklifts, cranes, and manual transport methods + Managing blasting and coating materials, including handling 50-gallon containers + Conducting basic inspections using micrometers, depth gauges, and measuring tools + Following standard work instructions, safety guidelines, and production requirements •What You Bring•
Required Qualifications:
  • + Experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial, or mechanical environments + Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work + Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments + Ability to obtain forklift and crane certifications + Ability to wear a respirator when required + Strong reliability, attendance, and commitment to safety •
Preferred Qualifications:
  • + Experience operating manual machines or industrial production equipment + Background in grinding, blasting, coating, or metal finishing + Familiarity with precision measurement and inspection tools
