Job Description

Work Schedule 12 hr shift/days Environmental Conditions Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Safety Standards, Cleanroom:
no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.) Job Description Location/Division Specific Information Southwest Charlotte, NC Compensation $21.93/hr starting wage + PTO + health and welfare benefits starting day 1

First Shift/Days
  • 5:00am
  • 5:00pm
  • 3/2/2 Schedule (Work 3 days on, 2 days off, work 2 days)
  • 12 hour shifts
  • Must be willing to work overtime
  • Occasional weekend shifts required

  • Familiarity with continuous extrusion or textile knitting operations beneficial

  • Ability to determine and implement solutions effectively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Physical Requirements / Work Environment This role involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating machinery.
