This role ensures that products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure product consistency and compliance. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Record production data and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors. Assist with line changeovers, material handling, and basic troubleshooting. Collaborate with team members, maintenance, and quality departments to achieve production goals. Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and operational skills. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Ability to read and follow written instructions, safety guidelines, and production schedules. Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail. Basic computer skills required. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as required. Ability to safely operate production equipment and perform job duties in accordance with company safety standards and policies. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to frequently use hands and arms to operate equipment and handle materials. Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, moving machinery, varying temperatures, and required personal protective equipment (PPE).

From $20.00 per hour
