Pay:
$21/Hour Hours/Days:
2, 2, 3 rotating 12-hour days/nights What you can expect from us:- Competitive compensation including an annual bonus plan

- High school diploma (Required) with at least 3-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing, production, or equivalent military technical experiences / training.
- Working knowledge and/or routine use of and experiences with business processes and platforms such as:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Manufacturing operations systems
- Equipment digital interfaces
- Safety, Health and Environmental requirements and practices
- Continuous Improvement methodologies Qualifications
- Work experience in an industrial operations environment preferred
- This role requires working on a rotating shift schedule. Assignments (shifts, equipment and production area) are adjusted based on business needs.
- Production technicians are expected to work with team members and other support resources to ensure "first time right" material.
- Overtime will be assigned and/or requested based on business needs.
- Ability to follow appropriate SHE (safety, health, and environmental) procedures.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and applicable work instructions.
- Taking responsibility and being accountable for personal behaviors and performance (self, equipment and product).
- Analytical skills to be able to spot issues/deficiencies of varying complexity within the manufacturing process quickly and take appropriate and timely action to rectify.
- Mechanical competency and knowledge including equipment assembly.
- Ability to make informed and data-driven decisions quickly, at times under pressure.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation via hand-written forms and electronic database systems.
- Effective communication skills to receive inform.
