Greenville NC How Will You Make an Impact?: As an Operator II on our pre-fill syringe line, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our syringe manufacturing process, directly contributing to patient safety and healthcare advancement. Shift hours are 7am-7am on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.What you will do:
Operate and monitor pre- fill syringe manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on syringe filling and packaging machinery Follow strict aseptic techniques and cGMP guidelines to maintain a sterile manufacturing environment Conduct in-process quality checks and maintain accurate documentation of production activitiesEducation:
High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:
Required:
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related fieldPreferred:
Experience in a cGMP environment, specifically in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturingKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Familiarity with aseptic techniques and sterile manufacturing processes Basic understanding of pre- fill syringe production and associated quality control measures Ability to follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate records Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized work environment Physical Requirements /Work Environment:
Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a clean room environment wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). May be required to work in temperature-controlled areas and handle sensitive materials.Similar jobs in Greenville, NC
