OSD Manufacturing Technician

This role is responsible for the end-to-end production of oral solid dosage (OSD) products in a strictly regulated GMP/FDA environment.

Core Responsibilities Equipment Operation:

Setup, operate, teardown, and clean manufacturing machinery (blenders, tablet presses, encapsulators, and coaters).

Production Support:

Handle dispensing, sifting, granulation, and compression of materials.

Documentation:

Maintain precise, "right-first-time" records in batch logs per cGMP and SOP standards.

Maintenance & Safety:

Monitor equipment for issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and ensure strict adherence to PPE and gowning protocols.
