Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role is essential for supporting our commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, experience with packaging and warehouse operations, and a strong understanding of manufacturing procedures. Duties Operate various production and packaging machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with standard operating procedures. Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform routine adjustments, maintenance, and troubleshooting on equipment. Handle materials using forklifts and pallet jacks to move raw materials and finished products within the warehouse. Monitor production lines to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to comply with safety and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. Assist in the setup of machinery for different production runs, ensuring proper calibration. Perform basic math calculations for measurements, quantities, and quality checks during production. Document production activities accurately, including batch records and equipment logs. Support warehouse operations by preparing shipments, inventory management, and packaging finished goods. Skills Proven experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools within a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Strong mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs. Familiarity with packaging processes and materials used in manufacturing settings. Knowledge of manufacturing workflows, machining processes, and CGMP compliance standards. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and quality control. Excellent attention to detail to ensure product quality and safety standards are met. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members across departments.
