We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to our fast-paced production environment. All positions are paid and open to candidates eager to develop their skills in manufacturing and packaging operations. Responsibilities Operate packaging lines and machinery efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal output Prepare and pack products according to specifications, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness Monitor equipment such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot issues as needed Follow safety protocols in compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and company policies Assist with assembly tasks, including mechanical adjustments using hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge Use warehouse equipment like forklifts safely for material handling and inventory management Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, inspections, and quality checks Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools are advantageous Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus Strong understanding of FDA regulations and CGMP standards for manufacturing environments Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, and move throughout shifts Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols Willingness to learn new skills related to assembly, machinery operation, and warehouse procedures Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in manufacturing!
