Position Description Work in areas of operation to include set up of labs and classes in biomanufacturing and aseptic operations as well as serve in some administrative support functions. Responsibilities and Duties (•Essential Functions) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential job functions satisfactorily. Set up and break down lab components for course and customized training Set up and break down classroom area for each course to include preparing instructional materials for instructors, course materials and course schedules for students Coach students in lab techniques and practices Write Batch Production Records and Standard Operating Procedures Maintain the lab schedule and usage Order supplies and materials as directed Become familiar with and demonstrate use of all equipment used in courses Keep the lab in compliance with all regulatory matters Provide training to other technicians as required Create documents as needed for administrative support File and execute administrative paperwork as assigned
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Familiarity and competency with multiple elements of biomanufacturing and vaccine production Competency with instrumentation software Proficiency with MS Office products Ability to work independently
Requirements:
Associate's degree in an applied science and 4 years of industry experience OR Bachelor's degree in a related science and 2 years of industry experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferences:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline is preferred.
