This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience operating industrial processes, monitoring production systems, and following established safety and quality procedures. The successful candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. While chemical and laboratory knowledge is beneficial, much of the technical chemistry and lab-specific procedures can be learned through on-the-job training. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in chemical production processes Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch manufacturing instructions Measure, mix, transfer, and process chemical materials according to specifications Perform routine quality checks and document production data accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Assist with inventory management and material handling Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to meet production goals
Preferred Qualifications:
Strongly Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in one or more of the following industries are encouraged to apply: Chemical manufacturing Industrial process operations Oil and gas processing Water treatment facilities Brewing and beverage production Pharmaceutical or industrial production environments Other large-scale manufacturing operations Required Skills Ability to work safely around chemicals and industrial equipment Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to accurately complete documentation and production records Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Education High school diploma or GED required Associate degree or technical training in chemistry, manufacturing, engineering technology, or a related field is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and work on a production floor for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Comfortable working around industrial machinery and chemical processes What We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in operating processes safely, and are willing to learn. Experience in large-scale manufacturing environments is highly valued. Candidates with backgrounds in industrial operations, brewing, water treatment, or oil and gas often transition well into this role. Training will be provided on our specific equipment, laboratory practices, and production processes.
