- What You'll Do
- + Build and assemble composite parts with a focus on precision and attention to detail (sometimes in tight spaces) + Keep your workspace clean and organized, following 6S guidelines + Maintain fast, efficient work while upholding quality standards + Follow safety rules, wear PPE, complete paperwork, and collaborate with your team
- Who We're Looking For
- + 6+ months of manufacturing or similar hands-on experience + High school diploma or GED + Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs + Comfortable working with your hands, on your feet, and in a fast-paced environment + Basic computer skills for instructions and documentation

- Mon-Thu, 5:00am-3:30pm (OT may be required Fridays) +
Evening Shift:
- Mon-Thu, 3:30pm-2:00am (OT may be required Fridays; evening shift earns 10% premium)
