Full-time Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Production Technician to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and have a proven track record in warehouse or factory settings. Must have a background in production and technical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Schedule:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday; 12 to 14 hour shifts

Duties/Responsibilities:

Operate, set up and maintain various production equipment Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations Maintain accurate record of maintenance and repairs Assist in the setup and calibration of new equipment Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment Working knowledge and understanding of applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) Work safely with all OSHA and CBL regulations Proper personal hygiene Other related duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills and technical knowledge Must be trained through the CBL Production Tiers within first 90 days of employment Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment 1 year of experience or more on the production floor (required) High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules Ability to maintain long periods of standing and walking Join us as we strive for excellence in production, where your skills will contribute significantly to our success!
