AM Description:
We are seeking Manufacturing Technicians to support the assembly, testing, and inspection of life-changing medical devices in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Candidates with cleanroom experience are preferred; however, individuals with strong manufacturing experience and a proven work history will be considered and trained on cleanroom procedures. What You'll Do Assemble plastic and metal components into medical devices according to manufacturing procedures Perform small-parts assembly using manual and powered hand tools Utilize microscopes, magnifiers, tweezers, torque drivers, measurement equipment, calibrated instruments, and test fixtures Follow work orders, assembly drawings, bills of materials, visual aids, and production documentation Perform testing, inspection, and documentation of mechanical and electrical assemblies Complete kitting activities using inventory systems, scanners, and parts lists Conduct routine equipment inspections and verifications Maintain accurate production, quality, testing, and labor records Communicate quality or operational issues to supervisors and team leads Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Adhere to GMP, FDA, ISO, safety, and quality requirements Maintain cleanroom standards, procedures, and proper gowning practices Additional Manufacturing Activities May Include Soldering Crimping Mechanical assembly Fabrication Sealing Ultrasonic welding Bonding and adhesive application (Epoxy/RTV) Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience Experience assembling, testing, and documenting mechanical and/or electrical products Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Comfortable working with small components under a microscope Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications Medical device manufacturing experience Cleanroom manufacturing experience Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO, or regulated manufacturing environments Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles Why Apply?
