In this energetic role, you will be instrumental in producing high-quality medications that improve patient lives. You'll operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensure compliance with strict regulatory standards, and support various production processes. Duties Operate manufacturing equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines to ensure product integrity. Assist with materials handling, including receiving, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished products within the warehouse and production areas. Support packaging operations by preparing, labeling, and inspecting medication containers to meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing floor, laboratory spaces, and warehouse areas to comply with safety regulations. Use forklifts safely for transporting materials across the facility, adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct routine quality checks and document process data accurately during production runs. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements using lean manufacturing principles. Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing or laboratory environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with CGMP regulations, laboratory procedures, or pharmaceutical processes is a plus. Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is advantageous; certification is a bonus. Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques to optimize workflow and reduce waste. Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently within a busy production setting. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform routine manual tasks.
