Packaging Line Operator

PeopleShare is seeking an experienced Packaging Line Operator to support pharmaceutical packaging operations within a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment. This role is essential to ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient packaging of pharmaceutical products. This position requires hands-on experience operating packaging equipment and completing production documentation in a regulated setting. This is not a warehouse, picker/packer, or shipping role.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor packaging line equipment, including bottle lines, blister packaging, labeling systems, cartoners, and inspection equipment. Perform line setup, changeovers, and equipment adjustments to maintain efficient production flow. Complete batch record documentation accurately in accordance with cGMP requirements. Enter production data into electronic systems and maintain accurate digital records. Conduct in-process quality checks and report deviations to supervisors or QA. Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work area. Collaborate with the packaging team to meet production schedules. Report equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance when needed.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience operating packaging equipment in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment preferred. Strong familiarity with GMP documentation and batch records. Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter production data. Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment adjustments. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
