Filling Line Operator - 1st Shift

Your Next Opportunity Begins Here! We are seeking a Filling Line Operator for our client in Pennsauken, NJ. As a Filling Line Operator , you are responsible for safely operating, monitoring, and controlling the CO₂ cylinder filling line (12H Filling Line). This role ensures cylinders are filled accurately, safely, and in compliance with quality standards by performing start‑up, production, in‑process quality checks, troubleshooting, and shutdown activities. The operator owns the filling process during production and coordinates closely with production employees to maintain product quality, line efficiency, and workplace safety. Shift & Pay 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm - $21 per hour Key Responsibilities Line Start‑Up & Preparation Energize and power up the filling line following defined startup procedures. Verify CO₂ pressure, air pressure, power supply, emergency stops, doors, heaters, and safety systems. Prepare conveyors, carriers, and stations in the correct sequence prior to QA checks. Configure and verify station settings (filling, weighing, leak‑check, cleaning, capping, sleeving, printing). Perform resets to ensure correct conveyor and station sequencing before production begins. Production Operations Operate and monitor the filling process during production. Control filling density, pressure, temperature, and cycle timing. Ensure cylinders move correctly through cleaning, emptying, weighing, filling, leak‑checking, capping, printing, sleeving, and shrinking stations. Coordinate with production employees who load, unload, and handle rejected cylinders. Ready to take the next step?
