Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician with hands-on electrical engineering support experience to perform electrical assembly, wiring, soldering, and electrical safety testing in an ISO-regulated manufacturing environment. This role requires a flexible, cross-functional technician who is willing and able to support multiple departments as production needs require, while maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety standards. Core Responsibilities Perform electrical assembly, wiring, and soldering of components and sub-assemblies Support electrical engineering activities, including build support, troubleshooting, and implementation of engineering changes Conduct electrical safety testing (e.g., continuity, ground bond, functional and safety checks) in accordance with documented procedures Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions Diagnose and resolve electrical and electromechanical issues Other tasks as needed Accurately complete production, test, and inspection records Maintain traceability and documentation integrity required in regulated manufacturing Cross-Functional Support Provide support to production, quality, and operations teams as needed Maintain organized, safe, and audit-ready work areas Adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment Required Qualifications Electrical technician experience in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated experience with electrical assembly, wiring, and soldering Experience performing electrical safety testing Familiarity with ISO manufacturing standards and working within a QMS Ability to follow documented procedures and complete quality records accurately Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Must have soldering experience Must have electronic fabrication experience Must be willing to learn / coachable Must work well with others Must be punctual Must be detail oriented Must be able to lift 60+ lbs. overhead Preferred Qualifications Electrical engineering support experience Experience performing electrical safety testing Experience in regulated industries (medical device, electronics, industrial equipment, etc.) Technical writing experience, including drafting or updating work instructions, test procedures, or technical documentation 3D printing experience Forklift Certification PTO and other employment benefits will become available after 90-day probationary period.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
