Responsibilities of the Production Technician will include: Assemble a wide range of components and sub-systems by hand Follow detailed assembly instructions , work orders, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Use hand tools and power tools for assembly and validation tasks Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided) Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues during assembly processes Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production activities Complete accurate production records and documentation Support team goals while maintaining quality and productivity standards Qualifications for the role of

Production Technician:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Vocational, technical, or trade school training is a plus At least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience preferred Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work overtime as needed and adapt to changing production needs Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
