About the Role As a Production Technician, you're at the heart of our operationfilling jars, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and ensuring every product meets expectations before it reaches the shelf. This role is fast-paced, hands-on, and incredibly important to keeping the line moving and our customers happy. Youll be responsible for running equipment, inspecting products, and making real-time decisions to stop the line if somethings off. If you're someone who takes ownership, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a tightly knit team, this could be the perfect fit. What Youll Do Operate food production equipment safely and efficientlyComplete pre-flight checklists and bring out materials based on the daily scheduleMaintain proper fill weights and temperatures for food safety and qualityInspect jars, lids, and labels to ensure everything matches the production scheduleWork closely with Quality Assurance to ensure specifications are metFollow all GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and food safety proceduresKeep accurate records and complete all required paperwork clearlyRespond to issues on the line, taking corrective action and notifying supervision when neededMaintain cleanliness of equipment and work areasAssist teammates and cover other tasks when necessaryAdhere to company safety policies and promote a positive, respectful work environment About Giovanni Food Company Giovanni Food Company is a family-owned food manufacturer founded in 1934, proudly producing pasta sauce, salsa, and pizza sauce.
