In this role, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through precise assembly, material handling, equipment operation, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and have experience working in fast-paced production environments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing processes while ensuring safety, efficiency, and product quality. Duties Fabrication and carpentry of products using blueprints and work instructions. Dexterity and attention to detail Ability using cutting, trimming, sanding, drilling, and finishing tools Capable reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation Aptitude for following safety protocols for handling materials Familiarity with common fastening and joining techniques Working knowledge of finish carpentry methods Ability to fabricate quality parts/assemblies with minimal defects Aptitude for assessing and troubleshooting fabrication issues Capability to actively participate in continuous process improvement Capacity to effectively communicate with engineers, technicians, and leadership Ability to work precisely and accurately under deadlines Capacity to maintain clean, safe work environment and procedures. Follow all safety protocols and company compliance standards. Performs other duties as required by operations
