Job Responsibilities Implement production schedule for product specifications such as dimensions, colors, and profile Responsible for starting and shutting down production lines Changes stacks & die's Clean die's Pull and clean co-extruder screws Sets and updates all extruder and co-extruder settings Set McGuire settings Setup embossers Assure scheduled line maintenance is completed Adjust water bath settings Conducts advanced troubleshooting Changes and clean vents Perform changeover tasks according to production schedule Performs board quality control checks Perform color testing Conducts trials Conduct Line Operator and Lead Operator skill evaluations Directs/Trains Line Operators, Lead Operator Ensures good Housekeeping Communicates supply needs to Material handler Follows all policies and procedures Maximizes plant efficiencies All other duties as assigned Job Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
