Job Type:
Full-Time (Monday-Friday, [7:00 AM - 3:30 PM])
Compensation:
$18-$20
Benefits:

About Us:
ZIRCAR refractory Composites Inc. is a leading manufacturer of high-temperature, industrial ceramics. We take pride in our craftsmanship, efficiency, and commitment to safety. We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Individual to join our production team.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently operate industrial equipment and hand tools; including but not limited to dust collection units, large format sanders, and various power tools.
  • Clean and organize work areas to maintain a safe and efficient workspace
  • Prepare raw materials for production (e.g., measuring, cutting, staging)
  • Inspect materials for defects and report any quality concerns
  • Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
  • Assist with general factory duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to operate a forklift preferred but not required
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift up to 80lbs
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
