Conduct thorough product inspections to verify accuracy and minimize waste. Optimize workspace organization to facilitate a safe and highly productive environment. Uphold strict safety standards and operational protocols to protect yourself and your teammates. Collaborate with the team to hit daily production targets and fulfill customer requirements on time. Qualifications Required Skills Proven ability to maintain focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Physical capacity to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. consistently. Demonstrated reliability and a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role.
