You will leverage your technical expertise to ensure optimal machine performance, driving efficiency and precision across our manufacturing floor. Responsibilities Configure and manage CNC equipment, lathes, and milling machines to achieve exact production specifications. Analyze technical blueprints to determine the most effective tooling and operational parameters for high-output manufacturing. Execute rigorous quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to guarantee product integrity. Perform proactive equipment maintenance and minor mechanical repairs to minimize downtime. Collaborate with engineering teams to refine manufacturing workflows and improve overall process reliability. Resolve operational bottlenecks and troubleshoot production errors to maintain consistent throughput. Manage machine offsets and system resets to ensure continuous, high-precision operation. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience operating CNC machinery and various industrial machine tools. Strong ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety standards. Proficiency in basic computer applications and production documentation. Preferred Skills Formal vocational training or certification in machining. Advanced experience with tool bar replacement and filter maintenance. Demonstrated ability to perform complex gaging techniques and quality verifications. Experience with equipment power-up sequences and advanced tool offset programming.
