As part of our production team, you'll make sure the machines that fill our products keep running smoothly. You'll report to the Shift Supervisor, operate the equipment, troubleshoot small issues, and help out with tasks along the production line.What You Need:
Education:
High school diploma or GED (or working on it). Extra training or certification is a bonus but not required.Experience:
It's great if you've worked with bottling, packaging, or filling machines, but we can train you if you haven't.Physical Requirements:
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle materials up to 40 lbs regularly. Expect to be on your feet for long periods. Attention toDetail:
You need good eyesight (including color and depth perception) and the ability to do the same tasks repeatedly without mistakes.Communication:
You should be able to understand instructions and write clearly when needed.Safety:
You must be willing to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety rules.Team Player:
We value a positive attitude and people who work well with others to keep production moving smoothly.Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Operate machines and meet the necessary skill levels. Must follow all quality and safety requirements, including wearing appropriate PPE and hair nets in designated areas. Switch machines for different products and solve minor problems. Keep track of downtime and report any issues with quality. Follow the production schedule and quality control guidelines. Work closely with your team to keep the production line running. Keep machines in top condition and take pride in your work. We are an equal opportunity employer.
