Job Description

Now Hiring Cutter Operator Location:
Blue Ash, OH Pay Rate:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
1st
Shift:
6:00 AM to 2:30 PM 2nd
Shift:
2:15 PM to 10:45 PM Built to Run. Paid to Operate. If you've got the skills to run machines and the grit to keep them humming, this Machine Operator job is built for you. Reliable hours, good benefits, and pay that shows respect.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Production, warehouse, or machine shop experience Comfortable troubleshooting and fixing minor issues Precision counts — you know quality when you see it Fit to handle lifting and standing all day Works hard, shows up, and plays well with the crew
Job Duties:
Run machines the right way to keep production steady Spot issues early and fix them before they stop the line Keep a close eye on product quality Handle adjustments and small fixes when needed Follow safety rules and work with the crew to get it done
