Battery Manufacturing Technician (Bonding, Test, Assembly) Mason, Ohio $24-$32/hour | Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire Position Overview Sseeking skilled and detail-oriented Battery Manufacturing Technicians to support the launch of the company's first advanced battery module manufacturing and battery pack assembly operation in Mason, Ohio. •This role is significantly more advanced than a traditional assembly technician position and is intended for candidates with experience supporting precision manufacturing, electronics assembly, automated test systems, or similar high-quality production environments.•About the role: Battery Manufacturing Technicians will support critical manufacturing processes including battery assembly, wire bonding, electrical testing, inspection, and process verification activities. Technicians will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure battery systems are manufactured safely, consistently, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced advanced manufacturing environment where precision, accountability, and attention to detail are essential.
