Job Description

Industry leading ABC Accredited Prescription Foot Orthotics manufacturer seeking full-time employee to join team. No experience necessary-on the job training provided. We are a well-established growth company seeking a long-term career employee to join our highly experienced team and grow their career with us. Duties include operating/maintaining CNC machines, cutting/grinding materials/work in process, receiving/reviewing/measuring daily orders for completeness, preparing/measuring foot castings for production, entering orders into our ERP, and scanning/transferring scans into CAD/CAM software. Great opportunity for those who like variety in their daily work and are comfortable working with machines/tools/computers and with their hands. We offer a monthly production bonus after 90-day probationary period in addition to year-end bonus. We are a well-established company manufacturing orthotics sold all over the United States, looking for a long-term career employee to grow with us.
Full Time:
Monday-Friday Shift:
8am-4:30pm (training hours may vary slightly) Casual work environment
Skills Necessary:
Must have reliable transportation Excellent attendance Attention to detail and commitment to quality control Willingness to receive and follow instructions Comfortable in fast-paced production environment Comfortable operating CNC machines, bench grinders and light use of cutting equipment (band saw or rotary blade) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift necessary supplies or materials throughout the course of the shift Ability to stand, walk, and reach constantly throughout the day Ability to use ruler/or calipers for measuring. Ability to maintain quality and accuracy benchmarks Good hand-eye coordination CNC machining experience helpful Computer/typing skills helpful
