This is a highly hands-on role ideal for someone with strong setup and troubleshooting experience across CNC and precision machining equipment who enjoys improving processes and supporting operators on the production floor. Key Responsibilities Perform machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments on CNCs, Brother machines, Broaches, Drills, Hones, Mills, Thread Rolls, and Lathes Troubleshoot production, tooling, and machine performance issues Support operators in achieving production, quality, and scrap reduction goals Improve cycle times, throughput, setup efficiency, and first-pass yield Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment reliability initiatives Document setup improvements and standard work procedures Train operators on machine operation, troubleshooting, tooling, and best practices Maintain strong 6S standards and safe work practices Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities Operate production equipment as needed to support scheduling requirements Qualifications Minimum 2 years of technician experience in a machining or manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability Experience independently performing machine setups and adjustments Familiarity with CNC equipment, tooling, offsets, feeds/speeds, and fixturing Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Continuous improvement mindset with strong attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, oil, and metal chips Why Apply?
