Finish Line Operator

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Finish Line Operator, where your expertise will drive the final stages of product assembly and quality assurance. Responsibilities Handle materials and complete finishing tasks efficiently. Perform Wood Door/Trim/Stairparts painting, ensuring proper surface preparation and application techniques for durability and aesthetics. Handle materials with care, utilizing warehouse experience to organize inventory and prepare finished goods for shipment. Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall quality. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including measurements, inspections, and process logs to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Ability to lift Heavy Objects and willingness to jump in and help wherever the team needs! Experience Proven experience in manufacturing environments with hands-on use of power tools, hand tools, and precision measuring instruments. Strong knowledge of machining, fabrication, auto painting, auto body repair, and industrial painting techniques. Familiarity with handling procedures, and warehouse logistics. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for quality control and assembly tasks. Prior exposure to lean manufacturing practices or continuous improvement initiatives is preferred. Ability to work safely with equipment and industrial tools in a fast-paced setting. Experience in construction finishing is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is valued.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
