Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Finish Line Operator, where your expertise will drive the final stages of product assembly and quality assurance. In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that finished products meet the highest standards of precision, safety, and appearance. Your mechanical skills and attention to detail will help us deliver top-quality items to our customers, while your proactive approach keeps production flowing smoothly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Handle materials and complete finishing tasks efficiently. Perform Wood Door/Trim/Stairparts painting, ensuring proper surface preparation and application techniques for durability and aesthetics. Handle materials with care, utilizing warehouse experience to organize inventory and prepare finished goods for shipment. Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall quality. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including measurements, inspections, and process logs to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Ability to lift Heavy Objects and willingness to jump in and help wherever the team needs! Experience Proven experience in manufacturing environments with hands-on use of power tools, hand tools, and precision measuring instruments. Strong knowledge of machining, fabrication, auto painting, auto body repair, and industrial painting techniques. Familiarity with handling procedures, and warehouse logistics. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for quality control and assembly tasks. Prior exposure to lean manufacturing practices or continuous improvement initiatives is preferred. Ability to work safely with equipment and industrial tools in a fast-paced setting. Experience in construction finishing is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is valued.
Pay:
