Full-Time Production Technician Pay:
$15.00

PM Location:
Oklahoma City, OK About the Position We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our medical cannabis processing facility. This position is responsible for assisting with the production, packaging, and preparation of a variety of medical cannabis products while maintaining strict compliance with company policies and OMMA regulations. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to follow directions, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality products. Work Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM One-hour lunch break from 1:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM No weekends required No overtime required Compensation & Benefits $15.00

00 per hour, depending on experience Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Full-time, stable employment Opportunities for advancement Essential Duties & Responsibilities Produce and package medical cannabis products Assist with edible production and kitchen operations Manufacture infused and non-infused pre-roll products Process remediation flower intake and handling Label, package, and prepare products for distribution Follow production schedules and daily work assignments Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Follow all company safety procedures and compliance standards Perform quality control checks to ensure product accuracy and consistency Work efficiently to meet daily production goals Qualifications Reliable transportation required Basic math skills required Strong reading and comprehension skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a positive work ethic OMMA Credential Requirement An OMMA Employee Credential is required for this position. Candidates who do not currently possess an active credential may receive assistance with the application process if offered employment. Applicants must be eligible for OMMA employee credentialing, including meeting all applicable state background and licensing requirements. Applicants with disqualifying felony convictions or drug-related misdemeanor convictions may not be eligible for employment. Employment Terms Full-time position 90-day probationary period required Employment is contingent upon maintaining eligibility to work within a licensed Oklahoma medical cannabis facility Preferred Experience (not required but Highly preferred ) Previous cannabis industry experience Manufacturing or production experience Packaging or assembly-line experience Food preparation or commercial kitchen experience If you are dependable, motivated, and interested in joining a growing medical cannabis company, we encourage you to apply.
