  • 7:00 AM Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations.
This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with PLC-controlled equipment, VFDs, motors, pumps, and industrial machinery, and is confident working across multiple technical disciplines to minimize downtime and support plant reliability. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial equipment across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Maintain and repair PLC systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), motors, gearboxes, pumps, and power systems Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and ensure equipment is operating at peak reliability Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals Use diagnostic tools and testing instruments to identify root causes of equipment failure Complete and document work orders, parts usage, and repair details in CMMS Support equipment startups, shutdowns, and production changeovers safely and efficiently Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize production downtime Follow all safety, environmental, and food safety procedures and regulations Collaborate with production and maintenance teams across all shifts Assist in training and supporting junior maintenance technicians Identify and escalate equipment risks or potential failures Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Experience with PLC-controlled systems and variable frequency drives (VFDs) Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics confidently Experience using diagnostic tools and maintenance instruments Working knowledge of CMMS or computerized maintenance systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment Strong communication and teamwork skills across departments Preferred Qualifications Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environments TIG and stick welding experience Knowledge of machining, tools, fixtures, and mechanical assembly practices Strong understanding of industrial shop operations Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Electro-Mechanical Technician, PLC Technician, VFD Technician, Manufacturing Maintenance Jobs, Preventive Maintenance Technician, CMMS Technician, Equipment Repair, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic Systems, Oklahoma City Manufacturing Jobs
