POSITION SUMMARY
The Test Line Technician•Pump Integrations is responsible for supporting the installation, alignment, testing, and troubleshooting of pump systems and related mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components. This role performs a wide range of hands on activities—from basic setup and inspection to advanced system level testing and diagnostics—ensuring equipment meets performance, safety, and quality standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
(The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may") Assist with installing pumps, motors, valves, and related components. Perform pump and motor alignments using hand tools, dial indicators, or laser alignment systems (based on skill level). Support test setup by routing hoses, installing gauges, preparing instrumentation, and verifying connections. Conduct leak checks, basic inspections, and connection verifications. Set up and execute pump testing, including pressure, flow, temperature, and vibration checks. Perform full pump system testing such as flow curves, NPSH validation, vibration trending, and performance verification (senior level tasks). Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, instrumentation, and alignment issues of varying complexity. Assist with or perform VFD setup, instrumentation wiring, and control panel checks. Read and interpret P&IDs, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and hydraulic schematics with appropriate supervision depending on experience. Document inspection data, test results, abnormalities, and corrective actions. Lead high complexity or customer witness test setups (advanced level responsibility). Provide recommendations for test process improvements or design enhancements. Train and mentor Operators and lower level Technicians as needed. Support failure analysis and assist Engineering and Quality teams with root cause investigations. Follow LOTO procedures, rotating equipment safety practices, and all relevant safety protocols. Perform other related duties as assigned to support operational success and business continuity.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship. Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s) including pre employment Pulmonary Function Test (PFT). Daily overtime required and in person, predictable attendance in Ponca City, OK. Valid U.S. Driver's License required. Most employment is contingent upon meeting company driving standards, including 3 year U.S. driving history and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL U.S.
High school diploma or GED required. College and/or technical education preferred. Mechanical aptitude; manufacturing, mechanical or industrial experience preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES
Familiarity with common hand tools, measuring tools, and basic inspection practices. Ability to read basic mechanical drawings. Strong understanding of pump fundamentals and hydraulic basics preferred. Proficiency with dial indicator and laser alignment methods preferred. Ability to interpret P&IDs, hydraulic schematics, and wiring diagrams with minimal supervision preferred. Experience with VFD setup, instrumentation wiring, controls, and troubleshooting preferred. Excellent speaking, writing, and listening skills. Proven ability to work in a fast paced and high demand environment. Knowledge and experience with ERP systems in Discrete Manufacturing; preferably with Made2Manage ERP. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), with emphasis on Excel as it is used heavily for data analysis and reporting. Must be able to work under timeline constraints. Possess the ability to effectively communicate and convey information and collaborate with teammates.

Daily required to walk, sit, climb, bend, reach and squat/kneel and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Work environment may include exposure to hazardous materials, operating conditions, audio up to 85 dB and inclement weather, including typical and atypical outdoor elements and extreme cold and hot weather temperatures. Given these conditions employees may be required to wear company mandated and issued personal protective equipment (PPE) and must strictly adhere to all safety policies. Work hours may include or includes early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on business necessity.
