Job Description

WW LIVESTOCK SYSTEMS
Come join the team at WW Livestock Systems. We have been making the world's finest ranch and rodeo equipment since 1945. Based in Thomas Oklahoma our production team consists of fabricators, production welders, and powder coat line operators.
About this role:
We are looking for a hands-on supervisor to lead our powder coating and paint line operations. This role is responsible for helping manage day-to-day paint line production, maintaining product quality standards, supporting team members, and keeping workflow moving safely and efficiently. This is a leadership role, but we are looking for someone willing to work alongside the team and help wherever needed.
REQUIREMENTS
oversee daily powder coating and paint line operations help manage paint line employees and production schedules maintain finish quality and coating consistency across products coordinate workflow between fabrication, welding, and shipping departments assist with training and development of paint line personnel troubleshoot production or equipment issues as they arise help maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment assist with inventory and material flow related to powder coating operations
REQUIREMENTS
must be able to work physically in Thomas OK Monday-Friday during normal shift hours previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience preferred powder coating, paint line, or industrial finishing experience preferred must be dependable, organized, and willing to lead by example must be physically able to perform work including time on feet and moderate lifting forklift experience a plus welding or fabrication experience a plus but not required
