Job Description

Growing aerospace companies seek an experienced repair station technician with a desire to take on compliance and safety responsibilities. ETP is a leading FAA/EASA/Boeing approved repair station specializing in both
CMM & DER
repair services, for heat exchangers, condensers, reheaters, oil coolers/heaters and accessories. We are looking for a PM shift leader, Repair Technician who will maintain high standards of safety, regulatory compliance, reliability and workmanship. In addition, this person will perform pre-testing, tear down, tear down reports, inspecting, weighing, basic interpretation of component maintenance manuals and company repair specifications to meet customer requirements. This person is responsible and held accountable to oversee nightly production management. This is a unique opportunity for the right person.

Leads by example, accepts responsibility for shift performance Keeps all technicians, welders, and OEM technicians on task during shift Accountable for nightly production completions Performs testing processes according to special instructions, routings and CMM Measures parts to specified tolerances Assist in other areas of the shop to ensure units are serviced in accordance with customer and business requirements Recognizes and reports any concerns to operations management Basic math skills Computer skills
Desired Requirements:
High school diploma, GED Pass random drug/alcohol testing - safety sensitive position One year of basic repair in a FAA 145 repair shop (preferred; not required) Leadership, Compliance and safety experience Ability to read documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Emotional intelligence & effective communication
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
