ETP is a leading FAA/EASA/Boeing approved repair station specializing in both
CMM & DER
repair services, for heat exchangers, condensers, reheaters, oil coolers/heaters and accessories. We are looking for an OEM lead Technician who will maintain high standards of safety, regulatory compliance, reliability and workmanship. In addition, this person will perform and understand the specifications in the manufacturing of heat exchanger cores, including inspecting and cleaning piece parts. This role supports production efficiency, quality standards, and workplace safety within the manufacturing operation. This person is responsible and held accountable to oversee daily production management. This is a unique opportunity for the right person.

Leads by example, accepts responsibility for shift performance Keeps all technicians, stackers and machinists on task during shift Accountable for OEM production completions per schedule Ability to pivot due to MRO / customer needs Ability to perform cleaning, stacking and troubleshooting according to special instructions, processes and drawing revisions. Understanding of all direct reports responsibilities of job performance, willing to learn all processes of the manufacturing core assemblies Communicates with Engineering on root cause analysis of manufacturing furnaces & equipment Recognizes and reports any concerns to operations management Reporting log skills Basic math skills Computer skills
Desired Requirements:
High school diploma, GED Pass random drug/alcohol testing - safety sensitive position One year of basic repair in a FAA 145 repair shop (preferred; not required) Leadership, Compliance and safety experience Ability to read documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Emotional intelligence & effective communication
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
