ABOUT THE JOB
Service Technicians (MFG) are multi-functional teammates responsible for work in the manufacturing of modular buildings. Your work making our buildings ensures customers receive high quality, on-time buildings. An eye for quality and a commitment to safety is critical.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Duties may include but are not limited to: framing and finish carpentry flooring roofing painting cabinetry installation and finishing window installation and finishing Our service technicians: Are responsible, reliable professionals with a strong commitment to safety and quality Act in accordance with safety, environmental, quality control, and other policies Perform required training, including online training Attend periodic safety meetings Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete and submit required documentation on work as required
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma, GED, or 1 year of applicable experience The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must The ability to attend work daily on-site at the assigned location Prior service technician or carpentry experience is required This posting is for a(n) New Position.
