What You'll Do Manufacture and package high-quality hemp-based products. Formulate products by preparing, weighing, blending, and processing ingredients. Operate and maintain production and lab equipment, keeping everything clean and running smoothly. Document and track production activities with precision — lab notes, logs, inventory counts, and compliance records. Champion safety and quality in every step of the process. Support inventory management and ensure all materials are accounted for and properly stored. Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. Adapt and flex to support other production projects and initiatives as needed. What You Bring 21 years of age or older High school diploma or GED equivalent Strong math skills and a sharp eye for detail Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures precisely Physical capability to: stand for long periods, lift and pour up to 35 lbs, push and pull pallets of supplies and finished products A team-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude Why Laurelcrest?
