Position Overview:

The Production Technician role is Owens Corning's entry-level manufacturing position. This full-time, permanent position involves 12-hour shifts and offers a career-launching opportunity with formal training programs and extensive room for growth.

What You'll Do Responsibilities:

Learn processes including printing, wrapping, banding, and staging finished units for the warehouse. Perform a broad range of inspection activities following standard work guidelines. Complete daily housekeeping and other standard work items for areas of accountability. Monitor processes and identify defects in product quality.

What You'll Need Requirements:

Preferred:

2 years' experience in a fast-paced industrial team-based environment. Ability to use equipment or tools as necessary in accordance with all safety rules. Basic mathematical skills. Comfortable with basic computer skills including email and data entry. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Desire to learn and grow within the company. Growth mindset. Ability to workdays, nights, and overtime. Meet physical demands of the position. Must be 18 years of age or older.

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required).
