Job Description

Build Innovative Under-Bridge Access Equipment Are you looking for a hands-on career with growth potential? Do you thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment? If so, we want to hear from you! At Bridge Masters, Inc. , we are seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our innovative team in building our patented Titan T3 Under-Bridge Units. This is not a repetitive assembly-line role—you'll gain hands-on experience with all aspects of our machines, developing a versatile skill set in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Day Weekends:
Work Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00

Competitive Pay:
$18-$21/hr., plus 401(k) match and other benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble machine components using hand tools and manufacturing instructions Install electrical and hydraulic systems Assist with warehouse operations, material handling, and quality control Maintain a safe, clean workspace and adhere to PPE requirements Light travel may be required for paid training or errands
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude: Experience with hand tools and assembly is a plus Self-motivated team player: Able to work independently and collaboratively Experience with hydraulic, electrical, or fabrication work (preferred but not required—we're willing to train!) Comfortable working around forklifts and mobile machinery Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Requirements:

Job compensation:
$18 - $21 / hour
