Requirements:
  • Skills to comprehend and operate from Operational Method Sheets and communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Skills to safely use hand tools, fixtures, carts, and manufacturing equipment.
Preferred:
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience.
Job Duties:
  • Support manufacturing and finishing operations by moving materials and parts through production processes; perform manual finishing work; operate assigned equipment; inspect components to ensure product quality and production flow.
  • Move materials and parts throughout manufacturing and finishing processes using approved fixtures, carts, containers, and instructions to maintain workflow and schedule attainment.
  • Perform manual finishing operations and hand work using hand tools, fixtures, abrasives, and production equipment to achieve cosmetic and dimensional quality standards.
  • Operate assigned manufacturing equipment including CNC machines and sand blasting equipment following approved operating and safety procedures.
  • Inspect parts and components to verify dimensional accuracy, cosmetic quality, and conformance to production requirements.
  • Maintain accurate material tracking, part counts, and workflow organization between operations and departments.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstations while supporting overall workplace organization and operational readiness.
  • Complete routine equipment and workstation checks, to support safe and consistent production performance.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a flexible production team or independently to complete assigned production objectives and schedules.
  • Identify and communicate production concerns, equipment issues, quality risks, or process improvement opportunities to leadership.
  • Demonstrate openness in communication; actively give and receive feedback using the principles of Accountable Communication Technology (ACT).
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Do everything possible to drive the business forward.
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, staging, shipping support, and general manufacturing activities as needed.
  • Support inventory organization, material handling, and workstation replenishment activities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement, workplace organization, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional manufacturing needs and additional operational tasks as assigned.

Hours:
40 per week, Monday - Thursday.
Pay:
$22 per hour.
