As a Production Technician, you will complete and support various tasks associated with the manufacturing process of our beverages. •This is a bargaining union position - represented by Local 773, International Brotherhood of Teamsters. Position-Related Duties and Key Responsibilities Perform production tasks including equipment setup, filling, labeling, and recordkeeping in accordance with the Coca‑Cola Quality System to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Maintain manufacturing equipment and work areas (e.g., cleaning and sanitizing tanks and piping, maintaining conveyors, loading raw materials) according to GMP policies to ensure product quality. Move raw materials and finished goods using forklifts or warehouse equipment to support production and shipping operations. Inspect production, warehouse, and service areas to ensure compliance with safety, operating policies, and GMP standards. Implement and maintain the Coca‑Cola Quality System to meet company product quality requirements. Calculate and record production yields, scrap, and material usage variances. Conduct microbiological testing of ingredients, water, and finished products, and perform ingredient receiving and trailer inspections. Communicate with team members to address product or service issues, solve problems, and support business objectives. Identify and report non‑compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate documentation and retain records related to policy and procedure compliance. Shift is Mon-Fri 2pm - 10:30pm Overtime - Daily overtime may also be required in 4 hour increments. Extra day of work will also be required when business dictates. Education and Additional Requirements High School Diploma, General Education or equivalent work experience Minimum 1 year light industrial experience Prior production / manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to operate manufacturing equipment. Basic math skills and reading comprehension.
