Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Duties Monitor and control production processes to ensure they operate efficiently and safely. Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. AssureIATF16949
compliance through procedure adherence and paperwork flow. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to maintain optimal performance. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop process improvements. Document process parameters, changes, and results in accordance with company standards. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Attend training as required. Assist in covering manufacturing floor on scheduled weekends. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred. Proven experience as a Process Technician or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment effectively. Knowledge of process control systems and quality assurance practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus. RJG experience preferred.
