Job Description

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Systems Technician - (Medical Device, Aerospace, Manufacturing) to join their team! This position is located in Indianola, Pennsylvania. Seeking candidates with hands-on experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, aerospace, or manufacturing. Ideal backgrounds include Test Technicians, Test Engineers, or V&V-focused technical roles. Strong systems-level understanding and hardware focus are essential.
Duties:
Apply a broad set of analytical and technical tools within a primary technical discipline such as: Mechanical, Quality Assurance, Verification & Validation, with strong emphasis on Risk Reduction Testing (RRT) and Verification & Validation (V&V) Demonstrate working knowledge in a secondary technical discipline to support cross-functional collaboration and improve project outcomes Seek assignments, identify opportunities to expand scope, and lead selected technical activities when appropriate Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems within the primary discipline using advanced analytical methods, including equipment such as Instron testing systems Provide guidance to designers and technicians, including training, mentoring, and coaching as needed Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and external partners Contribute to recruiting and team selection processes as needed Support testing activities throughout the product lifecycle, from concept development through V&V and beyond
Desired Skills/Experience:
Associate's degree or completion of a 2+ years trade or military technical program (required) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a primary technical discipline Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks, and plan daily activities effectively Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to complex technical challenges

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
