Masking & Demasking:
Apply and remove protective materials on customer products using small hand tools, microscopes, and support equipment. Quality Control:
Inspect your own work to ensure strict compliance with quality, processes, and Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSPs). Fixture Maintenance:
Disassemble, clean, refurbish, and reassemble coating fixtures. Cleanroom Operations:
Follow cleanroom protocols, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining strict hygiene standards. Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to all corporate safety policies, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling requirements, and hazardous waste disposal guidelines. Responsibilities:
Education:
High School Diploma/GED (or successful completion of the SCS Reading Comprehension assessment). Manual Dexterity:
High degree of hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for precision work; ability to sit for extended periods. Visual Acuity:
Ability to distinguish between colors (red, orange, yellow, blue, green, violet) and pass a near-vision test (20/20 corrected or uncorrected). Communication:
Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly; ability to follow written/verbal work instructions and perform basic math. Reliability:
A strong track record of punctuality and attendance. Education:
