M-F Day, must be flexible Overview Industrial Manufacturing Company is seeking a Technician to support in quality testing of raw materials, in-process, and final product. Responsibilities Perform quality control testing on concrete materials, including sampling, testing, and inspection to ensure compliance with standards Prepare and mold concrete test cylinders according to applicable standards Transport, log, and track concrete samples in the laboratory environment Observe and document production activities, ensuring adherence to specifications Prepare daily reports and testing summaries Communicate test results and quality issues to production teams Maintain testing equipment and ensure proper calibration and use Support in maintaining overall quality standards throughout production processes Conduct in-process and final inspections of precast panels for compliance with project specifications and company standards Perform backside and face inspections, identifying defects and coordinating corrective actions Inspect surface finishes, embedded hardware, and panels prior to shipment for quality assurance Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and placement according to specifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in construction materials testing preferred ACI certification(s) a plus (or ability to obtain) Ability to lift up to 75 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting Ability to work in an environment with dust, noise, and temperature changes System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
