You will manage the cold pressing process, ensuring that all components meet rigorous quality standards while maintaining efficient production workflows. Responsibilities Configure and calibrate cold press machinery to meet specific production parameters and output requirements. Assemble and prepare die components, ensuring precise alignment and parallelism for optimal segment formation. Execute in-process quality inspections using precision tools like micrometers and electronic balances to verify dimensions and weight. Maintain a safe and compliant workspace by strictly adhering to all environmental and occupational health and safety regulations. Organize and select appropriate tooling to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime during order transitions. Document production metrics and quality data to support continuous improvement and process transparency. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment to ensure peak operational performance for subsequent shifts. Required Skills Proficiency in industrial mathematics and the metric system for precise measurements. Demonstrated ability to operate and adjust complex manufacturing machinery. Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform manual tasks such as pushing or pulling. Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high quality control standards. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a metalworking or industrial pressing environment. Familiarity with diamond tool design elements and manufacturing specifications. Experience collaborating with quality control teams to refine inspection techniques.
