Biomanufacturing Technician | Entry Level Hiring Now ! Position Overview The Biomanufacturing Technician supports the production of advanced cellular therapies in a GMP-regulated cleanroom environment. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for candidates with a scientific aptitude and interest in cell culture, aseptic processing, and biotech manufacturing Key Responsibilities Perform aseptic manufacturing activities in a GMP-compliant cleanroom Support production, formulation, and cell banking processes Conduct cell culture and laboratory procedures using sterile techniques Accurately complete GMP documentation (batch records, SOPs, logs) Assist with validation activities and process improvements Handle raw materials, including receipt, preparation, and staging Operate and monitor laboratory equipment and instrumentation Package and document materials in compliance with regulatory standards Maintain cleanroom standards, including ISO compliance and contamination control Support tech transfer and collaborate with internal teams Qualifications 0-1 year of experience in biotech, lab, or cell therapy environment (internships accepted) High school diploma required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific field strongly preferred (Biology, Chemistry, Biotech, etc.) Basic understanding of cell culture, microbiology, or lab techniques Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to follow GMP/GDP standards and SOPs Preferred Experience Cell culture or aseptic technique exposure Knowledge of cleanroom environments (ISO standards) Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and regulatory practices Experience with batch record documentation and validation concepts Top Skills Aseptic Technique Cell Culture
